Talbot Hall
Talbot Hall is an all-male residential hall located at East Lane Drive in Magnolia, Arkansas, United States. The hall features a computer lab, vending and laundry rooms, and traditional community-style bathrooms on each floor. Situated in the heart of campus behind the Magale Library, Talbot Hall is conveniently located across from the Donald W. Reynolds Campus and Community Center, which houses the Blue and Gold Cafeteria, Mulerider Bookstore, and University Health Services. Talbot Hall serves as the home for the Health and Fitness Living Learning Community (LLC) and is also the residence for various Mulerider athletic teams including football, basketball, tennis, golf, and track and field. The Health and Fitness LLC offers residents a living environment focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle, with opportunities to participate in group sports, intramural events, exercise programs, and health initiatives. Bussey Hall
Bussey Hall is a historic three-story, all-female residence hall located on Lane Drive in Magnolia, Arkansas. This U-shaped brick structure features a grand entrance with a three-story portico and triangular gable pediment supported by round columns. The rooms in Bussey Hall are some of the largest on campus, each equipped with a sink for convenience. The hall boasts luxury vinyl floors throughout and offers amenities such as a computer lab, laundry room, and lobby area on the first floor. Renovations completed in the Summer of 2021 have brought modern updates to Bussey Hall, including ceiling fans, updated vanity areas, and new built-in dressers in each room. The second and third floors now feature a kitchenette with ovens for resident use. Bussey Hall is named in honor of Mrs. Carol Bussey, a dedicated staff member who served as the school's dietitian and dining hall director for over four decades.
