"Walmart pickup at store 0001 is a joke. I deliver for spark and I have waited almost an hour now for 2 curbside pickup orders. The kids working are too busy walking with each other and socializing. I'm not doing this for my health. I'm doing it to make money for my family and pay bills. Waiting this long Is beyond ridiculous, I could have delivered another 1 or 2 orders during this wait time. Why have so many pickup spots if 2 kids are going to be delivering to cars and SLOW.. so frustrating.... I have pictures. Wish I could post them.."
"I waited 30 minutes for a can of spray paint. I asked three different employees to get someone to unlock it for customers came and went because I had told them I was standing there for over 30 minutes now I have left the store and called to speak with a manager and I’ve been on hold for over 10 minutes. They make you check yourself out, and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen in the managers obviously don’t care, and when the last guy I asked got on the radio you should’ve heard the woman screaming at him, asking him what he wanted and that she was on break that she didn’t have time Because it was her break. If she’s going to take a break, then someone should be there to fill her place."
"The tire center hours say they close at 7:00 pm. So one would think they provide service until 7:00. Wrong! I had a blowout and areived"
"This store has the best pharmacy in town. We made the move to it a few years ago, and have not regretted a single moment. Great people, remarkable service! That said, i wish the store met the same level of service. On every weekly trip, we discover that there are always items not currently in stock. These items are high use, standard stuff. Stock more. I'm not buying something that costs twice as much. And there are always associates or vendors blocking aisles, and cutting in front of customers. Sam would be outraged."
"Yes, the store is updated and because of the proximity to the Walmart Home Office in neighboring Bentonville, they're definitely nicer and with some different features. My experience has been that the closer you are to Bentonville, the nicer your shopping will go. That held true here. Clean, tidy, well stocked, organized. No carts in the parking lot corrals. The rest room was one of the nicest I've been to. They have a "Heath" department here (closed when I arrived at 8:30 pm) to see a medical professional. This Walmart does tolerate overnight RV parking in their lot. I wasn't the only one here when I closed up and went to sleep at 9pm. I was not disturbed at all."
