"We do not recommend. The tree house was nice at first glance, but wasn’t after getting settled in. The bed had yellow stains on the side of box spring and mattress. The curtains had SO MANY stains. We chose to get married at this location. We were under the impression that there would be a minister come to marry us. That was not the case. The own came and married us. The owner brought someone to take pictures. The person who took pictures only took pictures on my phone. The person was also wearing sweatpants and did not look enthusiastic about being there. The whole experience was very underwhelming. Would not recommend."
"Only real complaint was the wasps. Killed 6 of them and found another 3. You don't get a cabin at tree level and not deal with bugs but probably need to find where they are sneaking in. Place was clean and looked lovely. Minor nitpicks but if you're taller, you'll have a hard time with the shower and Jacuzzi. At 6'3 I barely fit. Could also use a sound system for some music. Overall quite lovely for a romantic weekend. Vastly superior to the Crescent hotel."
"We've stayed here twice. Very modern, clean treehouse cottage. Privacy but close to amenities."
"The stay itself was very nice. It was the checkout that really ruined the experience for us. I asked for a receipt that showed we had checked out and I was denied that which was fine but he was very rude about it and slammed the door in our faces. I was feeling rubbed entirely the wrong way so I called to leave a voicemail explaining that there's no need to be so rude as we were not rude to him and especially after we had spent that much money. He opened the door and threatened to call the cops on us. I don't understand where his attitude with us is coming from. We did not bother him for a single thing from him during our stay and we left the place as clean as we had found it besides a few dirty towels. We will not be staying there again based solely on our interaction with him and we will be discouraging our friends and family from staying there as well."
"This was an awesome place to stay! We stayed here to celebrate our 20 year anniversary and it was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The lights even dimmed which helped create a romantic atmosphere. We would come back just to stay here and not even leave the treehouse."
