Cost is not a factor and she said she could not do it as she's backed up. Explained specifically what I needed and kept cutting me off... glad I didn't stop by first"

They are always on time, and I have never had any issues with dry cleaning or alterations. If you are looking for a place to take your garments I highly recommend giving them a try."

"*** WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS*** I've been coming to this dry cleaner for over a year now. Up until now, I've never had any issue with the service. The lady business owner was always the one I'd interact with. She never was particularly friendly with me and sometimes would have an attitude when I asked a simple question. With all that being said, they did good work with cleaning my clothes and I didn't mind the less than stellar customer service. Unfortunately however, I recently had a very unpleasant experience when I had a 2-day turnaround on some shirts and pants I needed dry cleaned. One of the pairs where the belt loop seam is on the backside of the pants came apart. I noticed this and took a photo of the issue with the timestamp on my phone. I had to have my pants tailored to fix the seam in the back of the pants and it cost me $25. When I called the lady to tell her what happened, she tried to squarely place the blame on me, and said that I probably didn't recognize the seam burst in the back of the pants when I dropped them off. I politely told her that I'm a very meticulous person when it comes to these kind of things and that I always look over every article of clothing as I'm handing them off for cleaning. I told her that this isn't something that I would miss, and that I wasn't responsible for this damage. Rather than argue with her, seeing as she had no interest in taking any responsibility, I respectfully asked her if she would give me the benefit of the doubt and credit me $25 for future services. I told her that I'd like to continue as a customer and that I had been happy with their services over the past year. Ultimately she was unwilling to give me the credit for the $25 and shifted all responsibility and blame to me. And when I asked her if she was willing to lose a long term customer over a $25 credit request for damages, she said yes in a very adamant tone. It doesn't seem like a very effective way to run a business, but apparently she doesn't care. Don't waste your time or your money here. The lady business owner has very little interpersonal customer service skills, and clearly they don't value their customers with the attitude they show."

"Gina and the employees are amazing. They have provided dry cleaning and alterations for years. Recently, our daughter had an outdoor ranch wedding. She also hiked up a red dirt hill for photo ops in her dress. By the end of her special day the dress was very dirty on the bottom. Happy Cleaners got it clean! Thank you for your hard work and preserving our family memories."
