"They were nice but when I found out there was a problem with my taxes I tried contacting them. Couldn't get a hold of anyone even with their offices saying they were open nobody was ever there. Couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. Called Corporate and all they could do is leave them a message. Asked for my refund because it had been almost 2 months since I had tried to contact them but it was up to the facility itself on if I should receive my refund. Basically after talking with the reps in corporate they had no obligation to return my call or follow corporate's emails to contact me. They only said that all they could do was leave another email for me."
"DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! These location are franchised out and this owner doesn't care to respond after five plus weeks of trying to contact them. Emails, Voicemail, and even calling corporate. I have done plenty to reach out to them! They've had my check since the beginning of May and still no contact to come pick up the check. This location is a scam. You charge an outrageous price to file two forms & when you complain about it they just knock some money off. That's how I knew its a scam! I regret filing my taxes here! I will NOT be back and I hope you that read this don't go back either."

"Liberty did my taxes in Feb. of 2012 and 2013-same office. I now have a tax issue and I was able to contact someone a week ago and she promised to have some one call me. I have been leaving messages and emails and they seem to have dropped off the face of the earth! I was at their off just now (open from 9-1) and it is closed! I don't think that I will be using Liberty ever again!!"
