"Georgie, you're a beautiful soul. Let me just preface this review with that. When my husband and I walked in, I had just left a store where my phone dropped into a toilet. It's been a rough few months for us. Georgie's deep amount of empathy picked up on my anxiety quickly. Georgie offered a qtip and a micro cloth and asked us some important questions about our vape situation. Our juices have been coming from other stores and were making us sick and anxiety ridden. After teaching us about salt nic, mL content, etc, we picked a good juice and a lower content of nicotine. We also plan to return to buy better mods in the near future. I'm just still floored by the kindness and also the extreme education Georgie possessed regarding vape juices. When we lived in BHC several years ago, we went to the original store and loved it, but are now in FM. I had forgotten about our great experiences in BHC so we visited the new location today. We will be back soon. Today's visit was like a hug to my soul. I needed this desperately. Thank you, Georgie, you are an amazing human. We need more humans on this planet like you."

They will go above and beyond for all of your vaping needs, regardless if it is vape kits, coils, tanks, mods, vape liquids of all flavors and sizes (hundreds) and salt nic. If you dont vape, then simply go to them for their amazing CBD products!!! The Pinnacle CBD relief cream they carry is a GOD SEND! I've had two rotator cuff surgeries from playing center field my entire life, and I'm still in constant daily pain, especially since I work at a desk all day long - I've tried everything short of being on narcotics long term (doctors have offered that too, smfh), as well as many other CBD products and nothing has even minimally tempered my pain level in any way... At least not until I found Pinnacle's Relief Cream (500 mg in either kind; I prefer cooling, but my family prefers the renewing one) and this stuff nearly takes the pain 100% away. Even when it starts to wear off later, it still takes most of the sharp pain away. If you don't vape but are looking for CBD products that actually work, please stop wasting your money elsewhere, and definitely check this stuff out at their shops!!!"

"Incredibly helpful people. Very friendly and are knowledgeable of the products they sell. They understand cross compatibility with their coils and how they can work on other tanks and help suggest what coils will last longer then which ever coil you are having issues with. "I've been meaning to leave a review for this vape shop for quite some time now but it took a bad experience here in my hometown of Florida to remember just how much I liked this place and wished they were located here. I was visiting my parents for Thanksgiving and left my mod on my bed back in Florida as I was running out the door to catch my flight. I'm always late and definitely a procrastinator. Anyways, long story short, I had the splendor of meeting both the owners on different days and was absolutely satisfied in every aspect. They sold me just what I needed to get by and I was very happy with their prices. They have the knowledge on everything you can possibly want to know. They were both very friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I will be seeing them again when I'm back out that way and I surely wish their shop was here in Florida!"
