"For a reason, only our Lord knows, my Neurologist, who's office could not perform a much needed VNG test, refered me to Dr. Abrams. This was in July. The entire staff at East Coast, from the very first connection with them , have one very most important attribute, COMPASSION. Im a 75 year old man that has had some difficult medical issues starting in March of this year. Several trips to ER, emergency surgery from one of those trips and a very long healing process with complications. From my first visit to Dr Abrams until this very day, they have gone beyond any expectations anyone could conceive. Dr Abrams has communicated with my physical therapist in detail as to possible therapy that could help me. She has also communicated with both my previous Neurologist and new Neurologist to share all test results and followup. She has personally sent me over 14 emails. Some of those were just to check on me to see if she could be of any help. I have worn hearing aids for at least 10 years and have never had the Doctor actually sit down with me and go over my medical records, issues and condition of my hearing aids. She did not make the slightest attempt to sell me anything, which was always the case at my previous audiologist. I could go on and on in much more detail as to specific occurrences, email content, but it would be a novel. The Doctor and entire staff have been in my prayers and thanksgiving and will continue to be. They all treated me like family. They all follow the Second Greatest Commandment of God. I am so thankful and will always be their patient for the future. God bless the Doctor and entire staff."
