"This is not a company with your best interest in mind. There’s a special blend of incompetence, ego and shady people within the walls of this building. If you value your time and money do not get a loan from these people. They do not care if you get your money, not for one second. Corruption runs deep. Google them and see the litigation’s, investigations, raids that they are involved in. But when your parent company is involved with politicians things never really seem to stick…. Their pride of helping the community is nothing but a facade, if they had any pride they would follow through with what they are supposed to do. They feel you need them, they don’t need you, customer service does not exist in their vocabulary."

"I just read a comment before someone released funds without any checks. I have been ignored by Miguel Franco. So unprofessional after I sent sensitive documents. They claim to help you but they won’t. Thus SBA route for business is tiring and energy consuming. No company or business is out to help you, it’s themselves. It’s funny I have provided all the checks and balances and proper information for an IRONCLAD business and small loan. And i get completely ignored by Miguel. Very unprofessional. I am a perfect candidate for this program. I need someone to believe in me. Miguel is a good actor"

"Hello, I have been trying to reach them by email and phone and I get the same response about paying off my loan, and receipts from all the monthly payments to pay off my loan. Nothing except we are working on it same email. I want to pay it off and apply for another loan so I can expand to help out more families."
