"Dispatch no respect . Cancel my load despite I arrived at pick up 3 hours before."
"Had a problem on a load with Trinity due to wrong timing that Trinity sold us the load. While sitting 2 days now waiting for a solution, a broker Stephen T, could not figure it out. While we asked to speak with a Supervisor to address an issue and have higher ups involved, Stephen T refused and simply dropped the phone. You do not hang up the phone on a carrier that asking to speak with a supervisor while have TRINITY load in it is a trailer sitting patiently, waiting on your mistake. Very unprofessional behavior and bad look for Trinity."
