"The Mountain Osteopathic website information is misleading. It states, "will accept most insurances" and identifies BC/BS as one of the accepted insurers. When I showed up for my consultation, Dr. Miller informed me that she does not submit BC/BS claims for reimbursement because the rate of reimbursement is too low. Also did not care for the fact that doctor-to-patient communication is by email or voice mail. There is no receptionist to take calls or answer questions."
