JKA Karate of Arizona is a traditional Japanese martial arts school located at 1655 West Frye Road, Chandler, Arizona. Our classes are conducted inside the dojo with current COVID-19 guidelines in place to ensure the safety of our students. Founded in 1964 by JKA Shihan Shojiro Koyama 9th Dan and JKA instructor Chuck Coburn, our school offers affordable classes for kids, teens, adults, and seniors. With over 50 years of experience, our instructors are dedicated to helping students learn and develop their skills in JKA Shotokan Karate.
