"I have been a client for two years. I have seen the service decline as the company got larger. Inadequate service, rush jobs, missed dates all lead to my pool being consistently green and with algae. They blame poor help but then raise prices. Too Bad. I support Green Valley but do not recommend you anymore. Get it together!!!"

"I would give this zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly before as a customer in my life. Since I am in the customer service industry I am fully aware of how to treat customers. The following, is what happened between myself and this company. I started my service in June of 2016 and every time I call this company I get the same rude lady. I just figured its a small company and it is what it is. July comes around and I have not received my bill for June. I call, get the same lady. She says "Oh, we are behind on our billing and not to worry I will get the bill mailed to me." August comes around, at this point I was really worried about getting 3 months of bills all at once. So I call, get the same rude lady, she says "we are still behind still and I will get it in the mail" I express to her of my concerns with getting all 3 bills at once, she tells me they wont do that. End of August comes and I am moving (still want to continue the pool service though). I call and GET THE SAME RUDE LADY, she doesn't seem to care that I still haven't received a bill and that I will have a new address to send the bills to. Fast forward to now OCTOBER 6 2016. What do I get in the mail? A bill for June! Finally! I set it aside to pay it with my next paycheck. Now today, October 17, I get another bill for July and June with some red hand writing on it that is unreadable. I call the company and get the SAME LADY, I express my confusion with this hand writing and that I just received Junes bill a week ago. She then has the nerve to tell me that I have paid my bill since June. And I just lost it, apparently she is the manager of this company and did nothing to help me, all she did was blame me. She makes this company look bad. Don't get my wrong, my pool looks amazing, the gentlemen servicing the pool does an amazing job. But this lady is the rudest and most unorganized person I have EVER talking too. She offered to have the owner of the company call me, which I am still waiting for their call. I would not recommend this pool service because of this "manager." I have never been treated so poorly before by a company and would NOT RECOMMEND them. And as of today 10/26 I have yet to receive a phone call and that are threating to cancel my pool service if I dont pay. WELL MAYBE THEY SHOULD OF SENT ME A BILL ON TIME AND NOT WAIT 5 MONTHS."
