"I’ve had an account with them for 2 years and I’ve had problems with them since day 1. I tried to deposit a check my husband endorsed for me and the lady very rudely told me I couldn’t because it wasn’t under my name. (When I have already done this before at this same location)."

Too bad they on;y back each other up on supporting the overwhelming fees and unnecessary service charges with the strength of of soldiers defending the King's gold. " OH the customer was right for once, Jalleluah! Speaking of the Nogales Wal-Mart branch ,of coarse ,and the service or lack there of on 8/3,8/4 and 8/5. I wonder how many customers they lost while the manager with away on vaction this y ear.... 2 stars for this group."

"I have had an account at this bank since they opened and usually am greeted politely. That explains the second star in the rating. Recently however, I attempted to cash a check and I was told by the teller that I could not due to a hold on my account. I requested information on this hold and a second teller rudely blurted out my personal information aloud in front of a line of people TWICE!!. So I then requested to close my accounts to avoid monthly charges and any unnecessary fees until I could clear up my personal issues with the agency holding my funds,.. "PERSONAL" is the key word here. Be careful who you get as you teller at this bank. No regards for confidentiality if you are unfortunate enough to the sound teller on a bad day."
