"Haven't received one email notifying me of any packages or letters...I basically just have to go there when I think it's arrived also, why are you guys closed on the weekends? I mean some people work during the week and we don't have time to go there to get mail. I really think you guys need to be open just for a few hours on a Saturday. At least!!!!! that is absolutely ridiculous that you're only open Monday through Friday. And I will not be using this service once it has expired... Not everyone is a snowbird. Not everyone is retired. Not everyone is 70 years an older OKAY some of us are younger. Some of us have jobs and lives and the weekend is the only time that WE get to do any errands. So I think you'll need to change them hours. To better serve this community. At least open up from 8 AM to noon on a Saturday for Christ's sake."

"Had to drop off a UPS package here. At first, I couldn't find them. When I called to ask for directions, Robert was so helpful and friendly! He even said he'd stand outside so I would be better able to find them. (And he DID go outside to wait for me). He was very efficient with processing my UPS package also. The two other women there also seemed helpful! It was a good experience!!"

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I don’t know how a place can lose two separate pieces of mail at the same time. The lady working there is always so miserable and seems bothered that she has to get up and go look for the mail. Hearing other people talk while being in there it’s not uncommon for them to lose packages and mail. When we first stopped in to see them about their mail service we talked to Robert, He was very nice and helpful so try and ask for him if possible. Probably would be better off dealing with the rude people at the post office."

"The Ironwood Outpost WILL accept UPS/subsidiary shipper packages. Address packages: Your Name, 510 E. Main St. #4750, Quartzsite, AZ 85346. Robert actually answered the phone, even one minute before opening time, stressed that it's really important to use the #4750 in the address, and said "no problem" to getting packages General Delivery there. How refreshing!"

"I guess the Ironwood Outpost just moved next to Family Dollar on Main St. You can sign up to have mail forwarded OR just sign up and they will receive packages and mail on your behalf. They charge a per item fee but it seems reasonable to me. Friendly, Helpful!"
