"Filing was relatively quick and easy. One minor concern was tax pro had to ask me several times for information (such as how I wanted to pay, for banking information, etc) even though I had already filled all of this out before starting the process. Beyond that the tax pro was fine. My major concern was cost. I have only filed with a tax pro twice now just for the security of having my simple (no itemized deductions) return filed as I get so nervous self filing. However, this process that should take a tax pro maybe 5 minutes to file cost me almost 17% of my return, that is too much. Next year I will seek lower cost filing or self file again."

"Waited to long and fee was to much and they made a mistake and I will never file with H&R block again . So I suggest people can go to another tax preparer not H&R if you really want your money back we were charged $300. Just to file and the prepare just wasn't in a good mood,she didn't speak well with her English was hard to understand her and the H&R themselves made a mistake on the loan in November and now we have to deal with that."
