"I cannot recommend Desert Springs Family Dentistry highly enough!! Their entire team goes above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care and service. Chelsea, the office manager, is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Burrows is genuine and gives an honest diagnosis. I was referred to their practice years ago after being scammed by a chain dentist. Dr. Burrows saved me a bunch of money and needless surgery. Their hygienist Theresa is fantastic as are the others. When I dislocated my jaw they were quick to refer me to a specialist who has helped me tremendously. Switch dentists. Desert Springs Family Dentistry will make it worth your while!!"

"Stopped going here for a multitude of reasons. The main and most important reason is that some of the staff (especially the reception staff and the main Dentist...Burrows) seem very short, dismissive and rude. Now, I don't believe this reflects everyone that works at the dentistry. I don't mean to taint this businesses reputation, but I truly do believe as a professional medical office that standards should be held high. Especially for such an up close and personal climate. Not once did I have an altercation with anyone that works here. I just simply felt uncomfortable, unwelcomed and not truly helped. If I had to give any piece of advice (without going over all my personal experiences at this Dentistry) I would say, the front desk staff needs to be more formal and friendly. To ignore someone when they walk in or ignore them when they ask something is quite disheartening. To be insolent for no apparent reason to a patient is not right. I would give the benefit of the doubt, but this happened more than once. Again, I want to emphasize that this was my experience and maybe I was unlucky on the times I went. I do truly believe and hope to believe that this doesn't represent everyone that works there."

"As a Snowbird in Arizona for the winter, I needed to find a dentist quickly to care for a broken tooth. Based on a friend's recommendation I called and was able to get in the same day at Desert Springs Family Dentistry — and they glued me back together. Yay! I was happy with the visit. The office has a low-key, informal feel and everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Yasmer took a few minutes just to chat about my being a snowbird and her being a life-long Tucson resident, making it a very pleasant start. She listened actively and patiently as I explained the last couple years' issues in that corner of my mouth. Her exam found the tooth loose as expected and she popped it off. She took the time to show it to me and let me ask lots of questions, so I now feel I've had the rare opportunity to see the inside of my regular Ohio dentist's last bit of work. Very cool. For $97 (I don't carry dental insurance) I'm whole again. I asked for a "doctor-ese" report of what was found and done, and within two hours I received an email to forward to my Ohio dentist with her visit notes and x-ray. So, although based on only one visit, and only for a fairly minor repair, I am happy to recommend Dr. Yasmer at Desert Springs Family Dentistry."
