"3 yrs ago I went in for blood work. New office for me. When blood work came back they asked me to come in for results and it was literally 10min of him talking about his business going virtual and covid. Blood results were fine by the way. On my way out they made me pay another deductible. A month later got a bill in mail for the initial visit after paying to listen to him talk on results visit and paying second deductible.. Could've been a phone call. 3 yrs later they are still billing me for what was originally $13 is now $58. Office could care less when I called. Just about the money. I would never recommend this place and the doctor was creepy. There are plenty of doctors who tell results on the phone and they dont waste your time coming in for another fee."

"I don't usually do reviews, but I don't want anyone else to deal with this and I don't really know how else to tell the doctor that the business part is sabotaging the quality of the experience. I was optimistic about this office because it was close and was able to do an initial consult over the phone. None of that mattered after they billed my insurance incorrectly. After multiple calls I still don't have the issue fixed. I paid the bill so I could continue the fight without the threat of collections. Then about a month later I received a 57.00 separate bill for taking too long to pay my bill. As mentioned, there are notes in my file about the incorrect coding and the attempted conference call to get all the people on the same line to resolve the issue. Thankfully they repealed the additional fee after I called and verified."

"Been going here for 14 years and Dr Ginsburg is an Awesome Dr. Yes He takes his time for you. You want a doctor who listen and cares then look no further. Not saying every visit will be gold but over time you won't regret. If you have a valid complaint, Make an appointment ( lol ) and bring it up Dr Ginsburg listens. And for all you ladies My Wife and my Daughter Love him even more."

"I love Dr. Ginsberg. I love that I actually get to see a doctor. I love that he is so relatable. I love how his office isn't stuffy. I love how he talks to me like I'm an actual intelligent human being. Dr. Ginsberg is honest and fair. He gives you all the information and gives you an honest opinion. I moved here from the Atlanta area where there is a lot of healthcare option and fierce competition between providers that drives the standard of customer service and quality care. Since moving to the valley I've had a lot of trouble finding competent, thorough providers with just decent customer service. It is such a relief to finally find a PCP that I can trust!"
