"About the worst possible florist blunder. I ordered flowers for my Mother's funeral. They arrived 10 minutes after the funeral began. The flowers that arrived late were already showing signs of stress and were the first floral arrangement to die despite proper care. Very disappointing. I gave the Owner a chance to explain what had happened but she never even bothered to reply. Will not use again. Will never recommend again for sure. Thanks for nothing, Amy. I'm sorry I trusted something so important to you. I'm so mad I feel like taking it up with my credit card."
