"I’m in shock!!! First off I called and scheduled an appointment for today @11am. When I went in she sat me down right away then another customer walked in and said Hannah I have an appointment @11am. Then Hanah responded with I messed up appointment. She asked me what time was your appointment? I told her 11am. I showed her what I wanted and I felt rushed she had already started without me showing her. I suggested a clear nail so the line doesn’t show. She said no worries I’ll put pink later. Next thing you know she said I’ll leave nails like this which is the photo with clear nails. And she said I’ll do color later and she told me to wash hands and told another customer to come sit. That same customer told her you see I told you you’d get busy. I was a bit confused so I told her if I’ll have to wait I can go next door to grab lunch in the meantime and she said yes yes. Felt like my appointment was no longer my appointment. Therefore, I went for lunch next door to Az mucho taco and came back. Once I got back instead of finishing my hands she mentioned to have a seat for my pedicure. I sat down while she was still working on another customer. My pedicure was amazing. The young lady who did them did an amazing job. Once I finished that part, I went ahead and sat in a different chair to complete my manicure. Without buffing my nails, filing, or smoothing the nail out. Nor did she do my cuticle after I asked for it. She rushed to lather on one coat of light pink coating and straight to the color and leaving my nails bumpy/air bubbles. Here is the finished look after (3hrs later) as you can tell the lines are there. I am So dissatisfied I was patient and didn’t feel welcomed. I hope she can stop rushing and focus on the customers needs better. I will not be going back there. I still paid my part and left a tip as well."

"I drive from Superior,Az All the way down to Alma School just to go see Hanna almost a hour and half drive but its Well Worth it Havent gotten my nails done in awhile but when I get them done Hanna is the one...Highly Recommend her,"

"Currently at the salon , getting an acrylic full set. They did not properly scrub the dead skin off my feet to the point I’ll have to go back home after paying for services for t NOT TO BE DONE RIGHT! she tried to offer callus removal which defeated the purpose cause I DIDNT HAVE CALLUSES as she said herself. So she just wanted to make more money off me. Then when I questioned her she started screaming at me!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE I RECOMMEND GRAFFITI NAILS FURTHER DOEN ALMA SCHOOL RD! They are more affordable and they do an amazing job! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GREEDY UNSANITARY PLACE!"

"I have gone to several different nail salons throughout my life. Two of my friends who are roommates had their nails done and I REALLY liked what I saw. No weird shape. Didn't look fat. I hesitate but eventually went. I fell in LOVE! She is the best nail tech I've been too. My nails actually have a coffin shape! I'm simple. Nothing flashy."

"Not a good quality service. I did my nails twice in this place and both times the outcomes were horrible. First time she rushed my nails, I thought she did so because I was late 10 mints for my appointment. I had to go back and make her fix my nails. The second time I was there early but she still rushed the work without taking care of the details as you see in the pictures. She is all about the quantity not quality. The moment I went to wash my hands, I came back and found another lady sitting before she even finish the work completely and add the oil. I will not go there again. She needs to learn how to do good quality nails and learn how to do a better customer service. I don’t recommend this place, it’s not worth it."
