"My experience was great renting the 20' moving truck. The truck was clean, reserving it was easy and they were prompt calling me back at the time that was scheduled. I was leary about getting a truck at such short notice, but they came through. Upon returning the truck truck the next day though, an employee, Valentino made the whole experience completely better. I had an issue calling the customer service center, which was horrible, the lady was not helpful, but Valentino's professionalism, customer service, & courtesy was outstanding! I'll Def recommend to my friends & family in the future."
"I'm moving out of state and getting all of our things moved was stressful just thinking about it. But these folks here at this specific location were Amazing! Not only did they go above and beyond, from helping with the reservation, to pick up to the drop off, Twice! Both times was a smooth transaction. They are all welcoming, helpful and kind. 10 out of 10 would absolutely recommend."
"Reserved a truck. When we got to U-Haul we found the truck and checked in online. The website said to go to the office for the key. They looked for the keys for about 20 minutes and could never find them. They finally gave us a different truck and updated the contract. We got to the truck and the updated contract was not correct online. We didn't bother going back inside. We were just moving a spa in the neighborhood. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to check out the truck."
