"Fem dude at the window/ register has the worse customer service ever. Doesn't give you your money in your hand, throws your food at you. Always looks high and doesn't greet the customers the right way as a customer deserves to be treated. He needs to get fired. Just saying!!"
"Bought an egg potato & steak burrito this morning. Past purchases were delicious n good. Past 2 visits, the same burrito smells funky, like old egg smell. The fem dude working the window is not friendly and practical throws my food at me. No more visits. Taking my business else where."
"I used to visit this establishment more often, once upon a time it was the flagship location setting the standards, but it just seems over time that it's as if it's hissing into mediocrity like a slow leaking bicycle tire. The clearly visible lack of pride and an unenthusiastic staff who are shockingly indifferent seem to be on full daily display. The service is definitely in decline, the food quality decline is a close second. There are plenty of other nearby close places that cheerfully serve far better food."
