MIKID - Mentally Ill Kids In Distress is a leading family-run behavioral health institution located at 901 East Cottonwood Lane in Casa Grande, Arizona. With a strong presence across eight locations in Arizona and recently expanding into Colorado, MIKID offers a wide range of programs and services aimed at supporting children and families dealing with mental health issues. Over 80% of the staff and 51% of the Board of Directors have personal experience with behavioral health challenges, ensuring a deep understanding and empathy towards those they serve. From Respite & Family Support to Community Education and Support Groups, MIKID's innovative programs are designed to engage the community in providing much-needed support to those in distress. With a team of over 150 trained staff members, MIKID offers one-on-one family support, transitional age youth services, peer support, health promotion, support groups, training and education, as well as connecting families and individuals with natural supports in the community.
