"STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I called to set up an appointment for my son to take an allergy test because they said they will do allergy tests. The day of his appointment and the doctor told him they don't do allergy tests. My son had to go to urgent care because he had a breakout and the lady on the phone kept asking me questions about the event and I told her I wasn't with my son so I don't have the information you need. But she kept asking me for the same information. I told her listen I don't have the information you need because I wasn't with him. I have to repeat myself four times until she understood what I was saying. Last year, my son had to take vaccines for his school, they never uploaded the information into the system."

"Up until a year ago, I was happy with my care here. Mainly because I am not someone who has a lot of health issues and it was just routine care for the most part. That changed last year when I asked my provider, Nancy Day, if she could do lab work for hormones because of menopausal symptoms I was having that I wanted to fix. I was told NO, you have to go to a GYN for that. WHY? You can order it and then refer me after you get the results. There is ZERO reason, other than laziness, why you can't order the labs. So, I found a provider, NOT a GYN, that would, and started hormones. I started having issues a few months later and had an appt with her and asked if she could order an Ultrasound. I have fibroids and thought maybe the hormones were affecting them. Again, the answer was NO, you need to see a GYN. Again, WHY? You could order the Ultrasound and then refer me once you get those results. It cost me an unnecessary $160 to have the GYN tell me yes, you need an US. I have recently changed jobs and insurances. I could stay with this group, but after the above to situations, I am looking for a new primary provider. I have been in the health care field for over 3 decades. This provider is just going through the motions and doesn't do anything that she can get out of. FInd somewhere else to go if you want to be heard and want to be treated well. That doesn't happen here."

"Holey cow. I've never been to this office, it's no where near me and get constant calls.. even back to back within 5 minutes, they call for a week straight at a time. I've talked to them and told them 2 years ago I'd never use their office and to stop calling. Whoever is giving my info to them should take them off the approved list of physicians. 6 more months of calling... day after day. This time I told them to stop calling. Today I had a voicemail saying they are not my primary but if I'd like to set up new patient appointments for my kids to call them. No. They need reported."

"I wish there was less than 1 star available. Had a cardiac event over the weekend. I had to see a Primary Dr. to get a referral for a cardiologist. I was told by Dr. Zarandy, (nice guy) that I had actually had a heart attack while in the ER. He said that he would be glad to be my Primary care Dr. (I just moved back from TX). Was told by the assistant, Jackie, that she would get my prescriptions for my heart meds called in to my pharmacy. Somehow, Jackie called in the ONLY medication that I didn't need and NONE of the BP meds. I immediately called the office main number it was 4:40pm. As I waited on hold, I was encouraged to also text the same number. I did explaining the mix-up via text. I got auto response saying they are checking into it. Continued to hold so I could speak to a person. At precisely 5pm, I was disconnected and all texting stopped. Hmmmm. I called my Primary Dr. in TX. (answered the phone) She called my meds in for me. The following morning, Jackie called me to try and blame the pharmacy. I knew that it wasn't the pharmacy and I called her on her lie. She told me that I couldn't talk to her that way. And hung up on me. At this point, this company has done nothing but waste my time. Took my money and my insurance companies money. Jackie said that I would NOT be getting the referral for the Cardiologist. However, Office Manager, David called me back to apologize and to let me know that my referral has been sent my cardiologist. Because of David, I raise my 1 star to 2 stars."
