"My husband went into this office today to receive results of a ColorGaurd test. Mr Choudhry stood in the hallway, in violation of patient privacy, and gave him a paper copy of his report. Mr Choudhry then proceeded to state in an angry loud tone of voice,that he would no longer treat “ you or your wife” as patients. Well that’s wonderful because we already have a new primary dr in Las Vegas. A Dr who listens to the patient and works out a treatment plan with you. The Arizona Board of Medicine will be hearing from us. HIPPA violation!"

"RAVE for Dr. Choudhary and Dadra Medical. Dr. Choudhary literally saved my life, he is an amazing doctor. He knew something was seriously wrong with me, he sent me to WARMC and thankfully with Dr. Choudhary direction, Dr. Azher removed a cancerous tumor from bladder. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Choudhary, his wife Dr. Asher, and Mona.I highly recommend these doctors ."

"First visit was with Dr. I. Choudhry whom from our conversation, was totally knowledgeable about why I chose HIM! From then on... They suck me with some girl doctor or whatever title she has and what does she request from lab... A mammogram, which has nothing to do with why I specifically asked to see Mr. Dr. I. Choudhry. She also gave me blood order at the lab and check to be diagnosed "Long term medication use." Which they have in my chart, none. Who is this Lady Azar anyway? She also gave me a "business card to a shrink" she knows and told me to completely forget the problem I came in for because... The SAME TEST she's giving me to take ALWAYS come s up NEGATIVE so they STOP THERE! Why won't that office let me see the original doctor Dr. I. Choudhry whom has the knowledge of my condition? There are other test he could request with his knowledge and stop all this nonsense!"

"Had three people waiting for labs. Opened 18 minutes after 9:00 AM. Maybe I am just hangry. It didn’t help that they did not call me after a week about medication I needed. When I went to to Doc visit they gave me incorrect information. Now I will be out of this medication for 17 days. Looking for new provider. Update 8/30/2023 Second chance wasted. I decided that I would give this Doc. A second chance. I still had my appointment for today. I checked in, got weighed, and pressure checked. Then the person at the front desk told me that because of a review the Dr. terminated me as a patient. As I walk out he is just sitting there at his computer. 1. If you were going to terminate me as a parent why didn’t someone from your office let me know that and that my appointment was canceled which appears it was not? 2. Why would you not tell me in person rather making someone else do it for you? 3. Why did you not disclose in your reply to the first incident the reason you opened late was because you were doing a staff picture? 4. Why are all your responses to reviews all there fault and no fault to you? 5. I do understand I was short with you when I came in as in emergency to fill a prescription that you said was not good for me to go without. I am sorry I was short with you but your response to seemingly downplaying my concerns and feelings of the situation. 6. When I did come in another client told me that even with an appointment he normally waits for an hour. Why is this the norm?"

"Doctor Choudhry is an amazing doctor. He can listen and understand patients problems. He showed a lot of care and didn't just go through the time of the appointment as a job but he takes the time to get to know the patient and make a real connection. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The office space was also very clean."
