"1/08/2024 Update: The manager called me and agreed that I shouldn't have been charged a cleaning fee. They refunded the additional charge and apologized. 1/06/2024: I was charged a cleaning fee because the store rep said they had to sweep the trailer. There was literally nothing to sweep when I dropped off the truck. They don't even review the returned truck with you. They ask you to sign a paper and say they'll check it later. Big mistake by me for letting this happen. This location is a shady business."
