Originally known as the "Dragoon Street Players", the group later changed their name to the "Pinnacle Peak Pistoleros" in honor of their benefactors at Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse. Despite facing challenges due to the CoViD-19 pandemic in March 2020, Jerry and his wife Heather persevered and formed their own company to continue the shows at Trail Dust Town. The "Pistoleros Wild West Show" was born again, bringing back the high-falls, gunfights, explosions, comedy, and fight choreography that audiences love. With the support of their family, church, friends, and fans, the Woods family continues to write, direct, produce, and perform in shows every week, ensuring a memorable experience for all who attend.
