I came to them heart broken that I didn’t like my original ring I was purposed with (it wasn’t from them) & just wasn’t sure how this process of picking one out/designing one worked. They said, “Honey let’s make that exact ring!” She walked me through questions & features I didn’t even know existed in the ring I picked & made me feel so comfortable & excited!
