"I have been polite and patient when I have contacted Amerimex on different occasions to ask them to correct a problem on their side, but so far they have been unprofessional by not showing any interest or intent to correct it. They failed to include a credit in my taxes, which would make a significant difference. No answers or action on their part is what I have experienced as a paying customer. In response, I have filed a complaint with the BBB against Amerimex who has failed to finish providing the services I hired them to do and paid for ($185). This post will likely be updated if or when Amerimex finishes their job."

"THE WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE!! I did my business taxes here and received a letter from the State saying they were wrong. I called Amerimex to let then know that I received a letter, the receptionist said they were going to call me back and never did! I went the next day to take my taxes and speak to someone. they took my taxes and said they would call me the next day to resolve the issue. I told them I didn't want my taxes done by the girl who did them, cause she OBVIOUSLY doesn't know what she's doing! I never received a call! so I called to follow up the next day and the receptionist took a message AGAIN! because they were "busy" I received a call within 5 minutes from Brenda the girl that did my taxes screaming through the phone arguing with me over her mistakes and stating they were not going to fix my taxes and I was not getting a refund.I hanged up and went to pick up my taxes, The owner of this place did not try to solve this issue at all either!!! they pretty much washed their hands! This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had! They are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Once you pay them they are done and are not willing to correct their own mistakes! All they do is gossip instead of focusing on what they are doing with the service they are providing! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I would give it zero stars if I could!!!"

"I highly recommend this place, the employee that helped me (Erika) was very helpful, and she was very positive, and she was very efficient throughout her work. She was amazing to work with because she always answered my questions whenever needed, and was there to to help me from start to end. To receive my green card visa, and I’m very satisfied with her work."
