"Service this year is non-existent. I do not have access to my online taxes from last year. I called the corporate number and local office and getting my access back is not happening. My local office will print them but only with an appointment. The corporate call didn't get me that much as I was transfered to another office somewhere near me and they said the can't help me because there are different franchises and they don't help other offices. So they won't help each other let alone me. Wow, time to do my own taxes I guess."

"Don't bother making an appointment because they'll either cancel it without telling you, or let a walk in take your spot. I've never done my own taxes, but based on the level of service I received at this location, I can't see why I won't just do them myself next year. Last but certainly not least, paper copies of my social security card, drivers license, and all other documents were put in a filing cabinet, which was locked. That would be great, except for the fact that the person working there left the keys in the filing cabinet while their station was unattended! Do your taxes online, go to a CPA, or honestly just throw them in the trash because that's basically what you're doing when you go to Jackson Hewitt."

John recommended that I drop off my paperwork a day or two before my appointment for faster service. And that was such great time saver. My appointment day was a breeze.
