"Atm seems to never work. Told them inside and informed me they can't put a sign on the atm that it doesn't work. It will take your card but not let you input your pin so you have to wait till it times out to retrieve your card."
"Meh. I first chose this branch based on its review, but was disappointed when I arrived. The gentleman upfront with the cool glasses with great. My complaint is the service. The chubby teller with the big glasses frames was pretty rude. She didn’t look at me when she talked, she rudely told, not asked, to remove my sun glasses. She was curt and when I requested a new card, her response was “why, what happened to yours?!”- well, if I knew, I wouldn’t have come into the branch, now would I? Her customer service was very subpar."
