"Their shipping section. Is terrible. Fed X was the model of all shipping but now ranked with USPS. They are a bunch of idiots. Keep delivering when I am not home. A bunch of robots and can nor think out of the box. I had to go out off my way and pick up the box. So sad... The manager or supervisor should got out of their chair and hop in their company van and delivered the package at 5pm but their lakadaisical attitude reflects their actions. My recommendation is to try DHL, aleast they care."
