The Scottsdale property is just a 5-minute Uber ride from the best nightlife in the area, featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a beautiful backyard, and a pool. The pool can be heated for an additional cost during the cooler months. The Nomad, our Phoenix property, is a brand new build completed in 2021 with 9 individual units, each with their own kitchen and bathrooms. Units can be booked individually or the entire complex can be reserved for group events, accommodating up to 24 guests. The pool at Nomad is heated from November through March, and there are plenty of common areas for guests to enjoy throughout the complex.
