"I have visited Big-O on 2 occasions with my new (used) vehicle--the first time I had a flat tire and they got it fixed and spare packed back up quickly so I could be on the way. Last week I got my first oil change since owning this vehicle and also ended up needing 2 new tires (1 tire had a slow leak due to damage and its match was worn out). The staff was knowledgeable in helping me choose reliable tires that met my financial needs, but that would also last and had a good warranty. It's no wonder this is a busy location because of their great service--definitely make an appointment as walk-ins do need to wait a significant bit longer."
