"Dr. Howard and his staff were very professional. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Dr Howard took his time, addressed my concerns and came up with a plan that was satisfactory. I would recommend Dr. Howard to anyone."

"This office is so unprofessional. I called to book an appointment and they schedule me for a month later; I showed up for my appointment only for them to tell that apparently whoever scheduled my appointment didn’t submit it. After that we had to reschedule for a month later, and this time when I was walking in 15 minutes before my appointment they told me, we don’t know if your insurance will cover this visit. So they didn’t even check beforehand if my insurance will cover my visit although I have provided all my information ahead of time. The office manager told me you can still be seen but we don’t know if your insurance will cover it. So they want me to be seen by a PA-C who will probably send me a $500 bill because the office workers are incompetent, and they don’t even check if someone’s insurance will cover their visit like other places do."

"she is very fast and knowledgable with incredible bedside manner, i went in for a cold like symptoms, she did a thorough check on me and because of that she was able to diagnose a lump on my thyroids early on that i am now able to get taken care of at an early stage. And she was very reassuring, making a possible cancer diagnosis NOT feel like the end of the world, that it could still be taken care of. Entire staff is great!"

"Banner Health is fine if you want mediocre medical care. The interaction was fine in terms of what is now considered a ‘standard’ office visit. Staff and the provider were friendly enough. Everyone goes through the checklist well enough but interactions are devoid of any personal connection. I was not examined nor listened to of any quality value. I was given a cursory auscultation through 3 layers of clothing that was more going through the motions than worthy of appreciating and diagnosing any hidden or unknown pathologies. She did not palpate my abdomen. She did not examine my breasts even though I told her how my mother’s physician missed diagnosing breast cancer in her because the physician never did a breast exam. The state of medicine is sad and sadly Banner Health has shown itself to be no different. This feedback is provided by a currently practicing physician in today’s medical system."

"My kids have been seeing Dr Aaron Gomez for about 3 or 4 years now and he is the best pediatrician I have ever met! He goes above and beyond caring for his patients. I love how he interacts and remembers them. I live in Glendale and travel out to Gilbert because he is that great!"
