"The doctor and nurse were amazing and very helpful. However, the front desk reception on tonight 12/14/24 at 12:56 am was extremely rude and has no business working in the medical field with patients. She lacks compassion and professionalism. I asked her for her name and she refused. She had her hospital badge hidden and I’m thinking this is a regular occurrence for her."

"Wow! Took tumble down the stairs, and went here for x-rays and check-up since Dr. office closed on holiday, and big hospitals take waaaaayyyyy too long. Very professional, friendly staff able to get me in & out secure that everything would be ok. Hope I won't need emergency services again, but if I do, this is where I'm headed for."
