"Just found out that Epic Plumbing installed our water heater improperly so I've never been able to flush it but now they're saying because it's out of warranty they can't fix it for me. This is totally my bad because as a homeowner I should have noticed this before now. But still I'm just letting them know that they installed it improperly but they just tried to blame other people saying that anybody could have done something to it since they installed it even though I assure them that nobody else has touched it since them. I wasn't trying to Initially blame them. I just wanted to know how I can flush it with it installed like this. But them blaming other people just put a bad taste in my mouth. Homeowners beware. We should be running these regular maintenances to notice these things before they get out of warranty so companies like Epic Plumbing don't have an easy out for their lack of professionalism."
