"1. Big job. When it came time to replace I wanted an inverter system and other contractors tried to talk me out of it. AirAid had no problem and gave a great quote. Work was done quickly, for reasonable price, and the install looks tight. Noise went from having to turn up the TV every time it cycled on to having to check the app to see if it is running. My first partial bill from APS shows savings. Great crew. 2. Smallish job. My parents had a weird problem that turned out to be improper wiring installation under prior ownership. Two other companies had serviced and misdiagnosed. AirAid diagnosed and repaired in one visit. After a year of turning their heat on manually, my parents are very pleased with the assistance."
"Inconsistent. Had to call many times to finish the work. And still hasn’t returned a call or text. Stated I have a 2 year warranty on everything but doesn’t honors it. Works off cellphone and can avoid any call he wants, which he has done & been doing. If you get a hold of him, good possibility he’ll forget then will not show. Had to get another AC company to fix 1 unit already. In fairness, good price on 2 new AC unit’s installed. I guess you get what you pay for.?."
