"I had a pleasant experience checking in and out at this family eye care center, thanks to the exceptionally kind and friendly staff at the front desk. They efficiently verified my insurance in advance, and the online check-in process was straightforward. I might think twice about bringing young children, like my 6-year-old, back to this center. While they do accept children, it seemed like the doctor and the assistant found it somewhat inconvenient. They appeared a bit impatient and didn't make much effort to engage beyond what was necessary. If you want your child to receive the kind of care tailored specifically for children, exploring a pediatric eye care specialist elsewhere might be worth considering."

"Dr. Lee was very thorough and knowledgeable with my urgent eye care diagnosis and treatment options. They were able to squeeze me in, since it was Friday, so I would have symptom relief right away rather than waiting 3 more days for treatment. Highly recommend Accurate Family Vision!"
