"I’m gonna start from the first day I chose to use you guys for an air conditioner. I have probably never had better service from start to finish on the purchase and installation. Awesome. Second I need some help. My thermostat got screwed up in the middle of the night on a Sunday and left two messages with your answering service never got returned, finally a third produced I forget the service managers name and half an hour later if there was a chance to give him 20 stars out of 10 I would again top-notch. The only thing I would do is I was questioning your answering service because they didn’t even know how to pronounce Lake Havasu City when I was talking to thanks folks."
