"There are two locations… I showed up at the wrong studio, which was my bad. However, when the instructor couldn’t find my name on the list, she asked me if I was at the wrong location. I asked if she wanted to see the email confirmation for the class because I didn’t realize I was. She insisted that it was fine and signed me up for the class I showed up to. The other studio charged me a no-show fee. Be careful and check the email before you stay for the wrong class because that resulted in a double charge :(("

I used to do Pilates in CA and hadn’t found a studio yet here, so I’m so happy I found In Balance. The reformers are new, I love the studio decor/energy, and the owner, Shawna is lovely plus so experienced and knowledgeable in Pilates. I believe all the teachers are just as lovely. Their classes are great for all levels of Pilates. I always definitely get a good workout! If your looking to get more toned, build strength, or try something new in a friendly non-judgemental environment you should come try a class!"
