I walked in and was waiting at the online order pickup spot and he did not once acknowledge me; but helped 5 people that walked in to place their order. The food is great as always; just the three stars for his poor customer service. He even looked at me as he walked into the back. The girl was nice who saw me waiting and was friendly."

"I use to order a couple times a month but took about a 6 month break. Tonight was the time I ordered orange chicken in the last two weeks and something definitely has changed. The white rice is super hard and crunchy. It use to be fluffy and soft. Now it’s like eating rocks and drys my mouth out. Also the chicken is like chewing on a tire. It use to be super tender. Not sure if they changed vendors but something is horribly wrong. Also they use to put orange sauce and the rice. The last two times I ordered the orange chicken barley had any sauce and the rice had nine in it. Def won’t be returning."

"If you like Panda Express you may like this place even more. Good portions and a lot of flavor. My daughter, who is gluten free because of allergies, gets excited to eat here because there are a ton of GF options to choose from. Many of the sauces are GF too. There's nothing at Panda Express that she can eat. Thank you for making great food without 100% wheat on everything."
