"Only worth it as a last resort. Been looking for a new pediatrician for months. Saw one I liked but they left so I came back here out of need. Absolute waste of time. However, the girl I spoke to today was much nicer than the front office staff before. Will be changing pediatricians shortly for someone who cares just a bit more"

"Worst pediatrics office I’ve ever experienced. The older doctor here is very childish and talks to the older children like they are toddlers. Poor bedside manners, she loves to make you look dumb and she does not take concern’s seriously! I do not recommend this office at all!! I also have a coworker that used to come here and experienced the same issues. I would have 0 stars if that was an option! My daughter hated coming here! Thank god she’s 18 now!"

"We have been going here for over 9 years for 4 different children. We love it here. I have never had any issues. They try their best to see you same day when sick. All the doctors are very caring and get you the help or medication you need. Dr. Serino is our main doctor and he is amazing!! Highly recommend!"

"The providers are great in this location but the front desk staff today was so rude that I won’t be returning to this location. Isela at the front desk was extremely rude, wouldn’t even talk to me until I had a mask on then was extremely unprofessional when she couldn’t find my sons appointment in the system. My appointment somehow did not get finalized in the computer even though I had confirmation via the text scheduling line. She was rude and unhelpful, asking if maybe it was the appointment from a year ago for my son’s 3 year well check. I told her no he’s 4 and I have a text for the appointment and again she said well maybe you thought it was for the 3 year old as if I don’t know my sons age. Then she said maybe I got it mixed up with my 8 month baby’s visit a month ago- again, no. It’s a different child and I obviously attended that appointment so I didn’t mix up the dates. And turns out it was a glitch in the system that she was blaming me for and acting like I’m too stupid to remember my appointments. We’ll give Desert Valley Peds one more try in the Estrella office but I would highly recommend not taking your kids to the Surprise office if you value professionalism and your time when you schedule appointments."
