"NEUROLOGY IS WRONG ADDRESS BOTH ON GOOGLE AND ON THEIR GENERAL INFORMATION LINE!!! Had the WORST time trying to make my son's appointment! First it was scheduled for Zoom. I NEVER got a link.. They then said it was in person last minute when I called about the missing Zoom link. I ran up there (30 min drive) to be transferred to 3 different locations within the same area, all for them to not see my son, because we were late. When I arrived to the correct location, after being sent all over, there was no one in the office AT ALL to check us in or see us. They lady on the phone said she would walk over and get us. We waited 45 minutes at an empty location for no one to show up! P.S. All they lady told me on the phone after all of this was that it was "unfortunate". Horrible staff!!"
"They took such great care of my little man, the doctors, staff, nurses, and assistants were all very kind and personable with myself and my son (fractureed elbow) will be back for a cast next week and just wanted to leave an amazing review for this unit! I loved you guys! Thank you for the perfect hospitality during such a stressful time for us. My kiddo loved your staff. THANKS AGAIN!"
"I recently delivered my baby at Mercy Gilbert, and the pediatricians with Phoenix Children’s went over and beyond for my son’s circumcision. Dr. Kearl was the rounding pediatrician during my stay, and I told her that I preferred a specific method for the circumcision if possible. She quickly contacted her coworker Dr. Laput to see if she was available to come in the plastibell procedure. Even though Dr. Laput was not scheduled to work, she came in on her Sunday off and performed the procedure for my son. I am so grateful for both doctors especially Dr. Laput for coming in on an off day just for my son!"
