"Honestly just disappointed. Waited five months for this to reopen and headed there after work, as the front has the hours as open as till 11, I thought that would be fine to do. Unfortunately, we got there at 9:55 and that was too late for them as they actually close at 10pm! But nowhere on the website or even in the building does it say they close at ten so how was it supposed to know? When approached by who I assume was management, she informed me they were closed. When I inquired, she said "she doesn't make the rules" and slammed the window shut. Disappointing first interaction and I pray the older woman who was at the drive thru gets better at her job. I work retail, I understand how frustrating customers can be but slamming the door and not even apologizing for the inconvenience for having their hours wrong."
