"3/9/24: Short version - parking was plentiful, service was fast & friendly, was well decorated & clean. Food was all right, they are changing their menu so we may return, but maybe not. Long version - popped in on a Saturday, about an hour before they close, but we never felt rushed to get in & get out. Our server, Leslie, was attentive & polite. We ordered the cinnamon roll and it was hot, doughy, and good. The water, though, that was nasty. The two others w/ me didn't seem to think so, but there was something off about it. I ended up ordering a lemonade to drink because there was no way I was finishing that water. Yuck. They no longer have the hashbrowns or red potatoes listed on their menu. Instead, it was sliced taters - which were greasy, limp, and unseasoned. Another bad mark there. I ordered one biscuit & gravy, which both tasted they came from a box or can. They tasted better than the water, though, so that was good, yet there was nothing in their flavor that set them apart from other restaurants. There was no wow factor about our dining experience. Will we go back? Not likely, if only because there are a number of other breakfast places we want to try."

"Poor servers are stretched pretty thin. Took a long time to get our order taken. Reasonable wait time for food. The two other people were happy w. Their orders, me not so much. Didn't like all the mayo in my breakfast sandwich or the runny egg whites. Did need to wait for toast and pancakes as they didn't come out w. The rest of the order."

"This is your very typical breakfast spot. Nothing overly fancy or fusion about it, just the classics you know and love. We both got mixed plate breakfasts including biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, hash browns, and eggs. Everything was cooked well and the food came out exceptionally fast. My wife also got a coffee that she enjoyed"

"Summary: Great place to grab breakfast, this used to be Biscuits Cafe which would have earned 2 or 3 stars but since the original owners have reclaimed the restraunt it has greatly improved. Would be 5 stars but the service did take a while not due to attentiveness but due to staffing levels most likely. Facilities: Good location, clean building...wheelchair accessible with decently wife aisles. Kitchen looked clean and atmosphere was mildly bustling. Staff: Professional and Attentive when available but did seem to be light on serving staff. Kitchen staff seemed adequate and everyone was freindly Food: Great food here probably top 3 or 4 in chandler. Quality ingredients and the items are well put together."

"The food was delicious. We had a meat lovers scramble and a Veggie Head Omelette. Both dishes were freshly made and served hot! Strawberry jam was very good! The restaurant was clean and cool on a 110+ day. The service was good but waitress tended to us a bit too frequent and felt rushed to finish and pay. Overall, 4.8/5 Thank you."
