Canyon Rose Academy East is a secondary school located at 8981 East Tanque Verde Road in Tucson, Arizona. As a public charter school, we offer an alternative education setting to meet the unique needs of our students. Our signature program, Shu-Ha-Ri-DŌ, The Art of Learning, focuses on helping students discover their identity, plan for their future, and advocate for themselves. Our R.O.S.E.® Academies provide a supportive learning community that promotes academic growth and prepares students for post-secondary success. Our curriculum includes math, social studies, CTE, and fine arts courses, with a focus on empowering students to take control of their educational future. Our school hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. At Canyon Rose Academy East, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and visitors. Smoking, tobacco use, and possession of weapons or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on school premises. Visitors must check in with the front desk upon arrival, and unauthorized persons are not permitted to loiter on school property. We also have policies in place to ensure the transparency and accountability of our School Governing Board meetings, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes.
