"Did not like the eye exam at all!!! Don't feel it is thoroughly done. You talking to the eye doctor while she's administering the test via the TV. There was a glare coming from somewhere so I couldn't really see. You have to wait a week for a SAMPLE pair of contacts. I love Sams Club but I will NEVER get another eye exam from there."
"I would like to commend Peggy, at the Optical department, for going the extra mile to help me. After calling customer service, and tire and battery several times,( letting it ring 25 times each time} I gave optical a call, and not only did Peggy answer her phone, but she went the extra mile, and got the information I was looking for, even though it was outside her department, with a very positive and professional attitude. She is a real value to this company, and this store branch, and It is my hope that she is recognized, and rewarded for her work ethics!"
"I paid in full for glass up front and they had to redo them and still weren't right.The frame broke within a year and they refused to replace them.Bad business...do not go there ."
"I had an appointment on 06/14/2017 that I showed up for on time, this appointment it self was extended 20-25 minutes, I paid for my glasses ($600.00) in full and have a receipt that has an eta of 06/22, I called and no glasses, all I got was "they have been shipped". Eight days and no glasses, I had to change plans due to their lack of on-time service, not even an apology from them, I won't go back and for $600.00 you'd think someone would send them next day shipping!!"
