I couldn’t overlook these issues any longer and have serious doubts about the qualifications and abilities of the staff. You can find a more qualified and caring provider nearby. I’d keep looking."

"It's hard to make time for routine women's health screenings but Ma'am Exams makes it easy! I can call or schedule an appointment online. I loved walking into their beautiful office and being greeted by friendly staff members. My visit was refreshingly different by comparison with other medical offices. From start to finish was a great experience :)"

"I see Sarah Bruner and she is the best. I’m giving 3 stars because I haven’t had the best experience with other providers. On my last visit at the new location, there were a few concerns. I saw Makensy Durrant. She made me feel rushed and talked over me. I was trying to express my concerns regarding why I was there and I had already tried most of her recommendations. If she just took the time to listen more, it would have helped the conversation and made me feel more comfortable as a patient. When I left with my X-ray order, it was the right order but wrong patient. I went down to get an X-ray at Simon Med and they noticed the discrepancy. The reception called ma’am exams to correct the order but no one was answering. So I had to walk back up, mind you I was there for a hurt foot, and get the correct order. This was concerning for a few reasons. One being a possible HIPPA violation. When I went back to Ma’am exams for the correct order, the receptionist wasn’t very helpful or seem too concerned. She didn’t even remember me just being there at the office. I usually have a good experience, but I’m not so happy with this last visit. I don’t want to feel rushed and like I’m just another number. I’m an RN myself and appreciate feeling heard and having a provider who takes their time and cares about me."

"I have been going here for a few year now and after my Doc Tiffanie left It had been terrible. I had my yearly breast exam and girlie appointment, this new doc checked my feet for a pulse, okay fine, she proceeded to check between my toes and that was new for me so I asked why, she no joke said “ checking for needle marks”, I didn’t even know what to say. I don’t think I will be going back, it was convenient to have all these appointments in one place but I didn’t like the vibe or the repeated line of questioning about whether I do street drugs. I assure you I don’t, not even Marijuana which seemed to surprise the doctor. I don’t recommend this place at all. I really loved my old doctor."

"I have always felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. I'm sad & confused by seeing some lower ratings; that’s unfortunate. My experience with them hasn't been perfect; no office is. We have had a few minor issues, but NEVER anything significant or something that can't be worked through. I'm grateful they have been patient with me, I have a busy work/family schedule and appreciate the understanding/flexibility they afford me. I feel comfortable asking questions and voicing my opinions, and I am satisfied with my treatment. I have never received pushback or rude treatment from staff when advocating for myself. Overall, I trust this office to help keep me safe and healthy. Thank you, Ma'am staff, for all you do for me! -MS"
