"TAKE OUT IS NOT RELIABLE. I want to love this place, but it is NOT reliable if you’re ordering take out. Every other time I order from here (so 1 out of 2 orders), I end up having to drive all the way back because my order wasn’t made correctly. There’s no quality control. Staff is not verifying that orders are correct before customers leave with them. And it leads me to believe that either a) staff doesn’t care, or b) there is no quality control. I work in a restaurant too, and we ALWAYS verify the order is correct before handing it off to a customer. Even if it’s busy, even if it’s late. Phonatik just can’t seem to do that. I’m tired of driving all the way back because my broth is wrong. I’m tired of driving all the way back because I got the wrong toppings for my pho. I’m tired of driving all the way back because I didn’t receive any peanut sauce with my full order of rolls. It’s little things like this, that add up over time. Times are tough and a lot of people are not doing great financially. So to make the decision to spend money with a business, and then have to use up twice the amount of gas just to get your order correct, doesn’t cut it for me. I’m not willing to spend money here anymore. I’ve literally had enough."

They were crispy and well-prepared, but the price point didn't quite match my expectations in terms of size. I believe a minor adjustment in the pricing or size of the egg rolls could significantly enhance the value for money, making them as enjoyable as they should be. In summary, Phonatik Vietnamese Restaurant offers a diverse range of Vietnamese dishes with unique twists. While the taste of some offerings could use a bit more seasoning, the generous soup portions and abundant meat ensure a satisfying experience. And while the egg rolls were slightly on the expensive side, the overall dining experience was pleasant. If you're in the mood for a hearty Vietnamese meal and don't mind paying a little extra for smaller sides, Phonatik Vietnamese Restaurant is definitely worth a visit."
