"I had an excellent experience purchasing a hot tub from The Waterworks. Nate was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us choose a tub with the features we wanted, at a palatable price point. I appreciated the regular communication throughout the entire process, from our first visit to the showroom through delivery and installation. We had a minor hiccup during installation, but The Waterworks team had it completely sorted within 2 days, and stayed in regular contact in the meantime.
